Challenge and Solution:

We targeted the ideal buyer and because of the style of home and the suburb we knew the new buyer would appreciate the extravagant feel. We wanted the buyer to walk in and feel opulence, to immediately feel a moment of success walking through the doors and being struck with glimmers of gold. We also wanted to keep it very organic to align with the natural flow and layout of the property while staying aligned with the modern resort style and the wide-open spaces within the home. The home featured unique wallpaper in the bathrooms which was used as the starting inspiration for the styling within the rest of the property. With custom artwork painted for it and furniture ordered to specifically match it – our installation team worked for three days to make sure everything came together.

From the minute you step into this Balinese inspired property, we wanted potential buyers to feel the luxury and success emanate from every room. Our expert stylists transformed this home with a modern resort style, making sure to add the touches of opulence that make the difference between an ordinary home and a truly unforgettable one. We used the chartreuse, yellow and terracotta colours featured in the wallpapers as the key colour pop elements for each space.
