Challenge and Solution:

Cabinetry throughout the home was classic and sophisticated but very dark so we wanted to bring in a contemporary element for it to feel current and luxurious with a designer finish to appeal to the target buyer. This property featured challenging access for furniture to be moved in and out, our team carried a large dining table up multiple flights of stairs.

Located at the Highest Point of Highgate Hill and spread over two levels within a luxurious boutique complex, this five-bedroom penthouse stands out with its unique allure. Offering expansive vistas, elegant interiors, our idea was to elevate the space to a whole new height appealing to the ideal target buyer.

Solution:

The large dining table was able to be used as the centrepiece in the project thanks to our expert team. A gold rug was used to anchor the large space with charcoal painted floors to lighten it up. Our stylists merged various interior styles to create an Avant Gard finish which was sure to appeal to the most discerning of buyers. Low furniture was selected to allow for maximum views of the surrounding landscape. This project was a perfect example of how our team will go above and beyond to create aspirational interiors so you can sell faster and for more.
