The architecture of the home is grand, featuring polished hardwood floors, high ornate ceilings & a secret attic overlooking the city. The real estate agent wanted to maximise the potential of this property. To complement the traditional architecture, the stylists went with classic custom property styling. Gold accents were incorporated into the interior decor to elevate the value of the property. According to the agent, the styling added over $200K to the sale price. This glamourous Queenslander sold at auction for $1,410,000.
