Challenge and Solution:

With towering 9.3M ceilings and a sculptural layout we wanted to maximise the abundance of natural light that the home had to offer. We needed to elevate each room and bring some colour, in order to fulfil a vision of interior perfection that was sure to impress future buyers. Our stylists needed to echo the unique architecture within the home, such as the sculptural staircase and curved walls to maximise the feeling of making grandeur and luxury to impress buyers.

The brief:

This ultra luxurious residence in Bardon was designed to captivate by the renowned Brisbane architectural firm Ryall and Smyth Architects. With towering 9.3M ceilings, a sculptural layout and an abundance of natural light – once we had finished styling it was the epitome of luxury.

Our Expert Stylists carefully hand-selected and ordered custom furniture pieces and custom art pieces were commissioned and painted to complement each room and inject colour. Earthy colours and geometric shapes were used to echo the architecture within the home. The colour scheme remained quite tight throughout the property with the exception of the downstairs games room – our stylists used round shapes and playful colours which gave the room a space age feel – ultimately making it feel more luxurious and more likely to attract buyers’ attention.
